For years, I was told the same thing most women founders hear: “Sell your story.” “Be relatable.” “Make it personal.” So I tried. Over and over, I tried. But here’s what I couldn’t see:

I fed both into GPT. Not even my custom GPT. Just standard ChatGPT.

And it wasn’t just a curiosity exercise. I was wrestling with something that had been bothering me for a while:

Why doesn’t the story I’ve been telling about myself feel true anymore?

So I asked GPT: “Read these two reports, one from 2009 and one from a year and a half ago. Help me understand how my behavioral patterns have stayed the same, what’s changed, and what that means about the story I’ve been trying to tell.

What came back wasn’t just a reflection of my behavior. It was a reflection of the real story. The one I hadn’t been able to see.

🔥 The through lines were undeniable:

✔️ The same talents and contributions.

✔️ The same teamwork Roles (Founder and Vision Mover).

✔️ The same drive to lead, to build, to architect.

Here’s the shift and it mirrored reality perfectly:

The 2009 report showed the tension of someone who knew she wasn’t meant to play small... but didn’t yet have the system, the language, or the clarity to step fully into her role.

That confusion led me to build a story about myself that wasn’t actually true. A story that said: be helpful, be relatable, be the fixer in the background.

The more recent report reflected the other side of that journey. The tension was gone. The confusion was gone. Replaced with clarity, certainty, and ownership over how I lead, how I build, and how I serve.

Behavioral data doesn’t change. It doesn’t expire. It doesn’t care about trends, resumes, or vibes.
